RiverCenter to Host 3rd Strategic Plan Session
RED BANK, NJ – Red Bank RiverCenter (RiverCenter), will hold its third Strategic Planning session with Red Bank area business owners and residents at 7 p.m. on Monday, August 13 at the Two River Theatre, 21 Bridge Avenue.
Attendees will find out the results of the online community survey conducted earlier this summer. They will also learn about next steps to move the organization further along in the development of its strategic plan with a unified vision and voice for the borough’s downtown.
Designed to be interactive and engaging, the session will encourage input from community members, stakeholders, and local officials to influence the future conversation surrounding the development of the downtown business district.
The dates of the remaining meetings are September 10 and October 15, 2018. Locations will be announced. These meetings will build upon earlier findings to establish evolving strategies, tactics, drivers and goals.
