T.E.M. Studio

Designed as an altruistic “third space,” T.E.M. Studio offers a nurturing environment where students can connect, reflect, and create meaningful initiatives that address community needs. Rooted in the principles of servant leadership, the T.E.M. Studio’s mission is to cultivate a generation of compassionate leaders equipped to make a difference.This innovative community space is dedicated to empowering teens to develop service projects that foster social impact, servant leadership, and community engagement. Together, let’s inspire the next generation of leaders to lead with empathy, integrity, and purpose.

Service Learning Programs at T.E.M. Studio
The studio offers three impactful programs that equip students with leadership skills, foster empathy, and inspire social responsibility:

Teen Ambassadors Program: A 16-week internship for high school students. Participants will lead two major fundraising events while learning project management, teamwork, and community engagement. This program empowers teens to become proactive leaders and changemakers in their communities.

Pioneers Program: An 8-week initiative for 7th and 8th-grade students. This program focuses on servant leadership, nonprofit partnerships, and community service. Participants will design and execute projects in collaboration with local organizations, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge.

Community Builders Fellowship: A hands-on, 8-week program where middle and high school students develop service projects from start to finish. Students identify community needs, plan solutions, and reflect on their impact, gaining leadership and problem-solving skills along the way.
